Sophrology – Personalised One-to-One Sessions
🌿 What is Sophrology?
Sophrology is a gentle method created by neuropsychiatrist Alfonso Caycedo, drawing inspiration from psychology, hypnosis, yoga, and relaxation techniques. It trains the mind much like an athlete trains the body.
Through breathing exercises, muscle relaxation, and guided visualisations, sophrology helps develop self-awareness. This practice supports individuals in cultivating calm, confidence, and balance in daily life.

Standard sessions last 45 minutes.

A short 25-minute introductory session is also available via WhatsApp call. It follows the same format in a shorter version, ideal for a first experience of sophrology.

A full 45-minute session is recommended for comprehensive support from the very first session, but you are free to choose the format that suits you.
For longer sessions, some health insurance plans may cover part of the cost of sophrology sessions, depending on your policy. Ask your provider for details. Invoices are available upon request for reimbursement.
