 Usage tips

 Roll the large stone from your nose to your ear down to your chin to massage the entire cheek. The massage should last 2 to 3 minutes maximum. Finish with the large roller, passing over your neck using movements from bottom to top for a lifting effect or from top to bottom for a draining effect.
