 From 18 years old: 5 ml per day or 1 teaspoon or 100 drops in the morning for 20 days.

 To optimize the effects of your Detox Elixir, you could integrate into your routine a morning drink made from fresh lemon (source of natural vitamin C) and lukewarm water. Simply squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a glass of lukewarm water and drink this on an empty stomach every morning.
