 Usage tips
 External use, body care: To help relieve blotchy, congested skin, etc. In pure spray or light compress. Combine the EF of Witch Hazel. To relieve heavy legs and poor circulation, alone or in combination with Cypress EF. Spray on the affected areas and massage lightly several times a day. Continue for several weeks. To help relieve and reduce bruises and hematomas. Spray on the area to be treated every 3 minutes, massage very lightly. Combine the EF of Lavender and/or Peppermint.

 Internal use: Do not drink this floral water internally for long periods of time. For circulation and heavy legs, then prefer Cypress, Blackcurrant and Juniper EFs.
